Case Summary
The applicant had their visa refused due to a criminal offense, leading to their placement in an immigration detention center. Our firm took on the case and represented the applicant in an AAT appeal. We meticulously organized all favorable evidence and relevant precedents, engaging in multiple confrontations with the DoHA external lawyer. After winning the case, the AAT member, considering the applicant’s favorable evidence, decided to send the case back to migration for reconsideration.
