Case Summary
The client applied for the renewal of the Resident Return Visa (RRV) Subclass 155 one year after the expiration of the Permanent Residency (PR) visa. After obtaining PR, the client spent the second year in their home country and only returned to Australia twice, each time for 1-2 weeks. At the time of submitting the RRV application, the client did not own any property or have employment in Australia. Additionally, their children were not Australian citizens.
