“I graduated from the University of New South Wales with a master’s degree in accounting and later studied immigration law at Griffith University, both with outstanding grades.

Looking back, I have been in the immigration industry for nearly 10 years. The main reason I entered this industry was that when I was seeking to immigrate, the migration agent I encountered was very unprofessional. After entering the industry, I discovered that the advice and actions they gave me were incorrect and even illegal. This experience fueled my desire to open this door and see for myself.

Having faced challenges on my own immigration journey, I don’t want my clients to face the same issues. Therefore, the advice I provide to my clients must be correct, reasonable, and legal.

I have a passion for delving deep into my profession, which is related to my academic excellence from a young age. I especially enjoy handling difficult and complex cases, as challenging cases ignite my desire for victory.

Let me give you an example of an AAT case. The applicant’s visa was canceled because they were found to have a false spousal relationship. When the applicant told me about being tricked by their agent, I felt deeply sympathetic because an agent tried to trick me in the same way during my immigration process. From taking on this case to the final AAT hearing, it took a total of four months. We worked with the applicant to analyze materials, piece together details, and move from a situation with no hope to a glimmer of hope, to ultimately winning at the AAT and restoring their visa. This moment is what brings me the most satisfaction. Helping others and changing their destiny is the most fulfilling aspect of my work and the source of my motivation in this industry.

I believe that when handling cases, only by truly empathizing with the applicant and considering their interests in their current situation can we achieve the best results for them.”
