Case Summary
Criminal conviction, applicant’s Bridging Visa E (BVE) refused, taken to the migration detention center. After appealing to ART, our firm, along with an external lawyer hired by the DoHA, confronted the public court at Melbourne ART. After winning the case, it was sent back to DoHA for reconsideration. Today, the BVE has been granted, and the applicant returns to the community after being held in detention for 3 months.
