We are seeking a full-time Registered Migration Agent / Senior Migration Case Manager with proven ability to consult with clients, assess complex cases, and confidently convert leads into signed clients.
This role requires more than paperwork handling — we’re looking for someone who can engage, educate, and influence prospective clients with clarity and confidence.

Position Description:
As part of our high-performing team, you’ll work alongside experienced migration professionals and RMAs in a fast-paced yet supportive virtual environment. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting in-depth consultations and offering clear migration strategies
Accurately identifying client needs and aligning them with appropriate visa pathways
Building trust and confidence with prospective clients, leading to successful client onboarding
Maintaining high client satisfaction through quality service and outcome-driven communication
Meeting or exceeding performance KPIs in client conversion and file progress
